Note: This is what we’ve datamined from spells, but there’s a high likelyhood that there are health nerfs that are very hard to datamine. Blizzard will likely add these changes, if they exist, to their hotfix blog later tonight.

Neltharion’s Lair

Ularogg Cragshaper

Before, this spell would target players, leading to horrible experiences with a multiple melee comp, as this would cause multiple Debris to fall in melee leading to insanely high damage taken while you need to kill a totem. The only way to counter this was a weird melee weaving playstyle where you weave in and out which trying to kill the totem to avoid the falling debris. Now, this change ensures that even in an all melee group, you don’t have to do the weaving, it’s only one rubble that is consistent damage that needs to be healed.

  • Falling Debris
Now only targets one random player at a time with every tick.
  • Effect radius increased.

Uldaman

Bromach (Trogg)

This totem did a lot of damage last week during Tyrannical and this should make it less stressful for your healer.

Vortex Pinnacle

Altarius

Alone, this ability did a moderate amount of damage, but considering it puts you in the sky making your healer unable to cast, and sometimes overlapping with a winds swap, these transitions were the hardest part of the encounter. This should make Downbursts a little less lethal.

Neltharus

Warlord Sargha

Something about a tick timer has changed on this boss regarding The Dragon’s Eruption, the swirlies during the shield phase of the encounter. We’re not sure exactly what this does unfortunately, but speculation indicates that the duration between sets of swirlies firing is now 10 seconds (was 5 seconds), leading to safety time between swirlies. Unfortunately, this is difficult to confirm.

You can take a look at this recent clip and see if you can spot any difference in swirlies. It does look a little cleaner, but it’s hard to tell if there’s actually a change here.
