You’d think “they took the map of Mechagon’s final boss for the A.Z.E.R.O.T.H. one” but no, it’s an close-up of the room on the map! The Mechagon map has no close-up like that.
Same with the Azq’roth, at first, I thought it was something from Ny’alotha like Carapace of N’Zoth, but no. I looked at maps for Ny’alotha, Crucible of Storms… can’t find it.
The Azmerloth map reminds me of something from Uldum like the Halls of Origination, but that dungeon doesn’t have a map like that.
TL;DR : these are entirely new maps.
As for the zones themselves, those might be re-used, but I can’t exactly pin-point which ones yet (except for the A.Z.E.R.O.T.H. one which is pretty obvious), and I’m too lazy to go look in-game.

Well that’s what the players want. Players want to not have a reason to play anything other than m+, raid and pvp and then stop playing the game entirely when they burn out so devs can’t put too much time into side content or make it worth doing.

A.Z.E.R.O.T.H is the boss chamber of Mechagon. Azq’roth is the first stage of Carapace, the tentacles spawned on the 4 purple dots. We know Azmerloth from the Dragonflight campaign where we time travel to an alternate murloc dimension where Deathwingurlugull rages. This map is the bottom floor of Wyrmrest Temple.

Yes, as I said, the A.Z.E.R.O.T.H is pretty obvious. The Azq’roth one, I also immediately thought of N’Zoth Carapace BUT the map is very different in the raid as it includes the rooms for the other phases. This one does not.
The last one, I looked at it wrong, my bad. The seal in the middle made me think of a scarab pattern so I ruled out Wyrmrest Temple, and I thought the white stains could be sand. But you’re right, it is the ground-level of Wyrmrest Temple.
Point is, all 3 of these maps are new, not re-used from past content.
The zones themselves will be re-used, but they went the extra mile of making new maps. That is surprising to me.
