No matter how exciting World of Warcraft season is, there’s always days when I’ll break from mythical and mythical dungeons, mostly due to the affixes. As far as the icebreakers go, Robin Naowh Gabay is going to break up with its keys this week, and its a horrible affix.

On Sept. 11th, Naowh admitted he had no motivation to enter Dragonflight and complete Mythic+ keys, due to the Sanguine affix.

Did you have no motivation to log on to the department store this week and do a key? Sanguine is an awful affix. As I feel, the DCV has done a great job balancing most of them, but hopeless, reassaultive.

Naowh // Robin (@Naowhxd) September 11, 2023.

This affix was modified after Dragonflight season two, so Naowh thinks its overdue for a rework. Sanguine, introduced in the past, is mainly a tank problem because all defeated enemies leave a puddle on the ground that helps to heal players’ obstructural structures, while mobs can be saved.

Before the end of Dragonflight season 2, Blizzard changed Mythic+ affixes, and Sanguine was on the list of changes with puddles now lasting only 12 seconds. Even though it were not that big, Sanguine was moved to Mythic+ keystones that fell above grade 14.

This certainly wasn’t enough for Naowh, since he is now suggesting a crucial tweak to the structure of the annexe: how would that be used?

An idea would be to turn it from a percent heal to a steady amount which stopped scaling on 20 like spiteful, thus healing a boss or special mob won’t make you hate your life, Naowh said.

Some musicians suggested that tweaks would limit mobs to only 25 percent of their health, and some players even think it would be good to reduce mobs’ damage while in Sanguine Ichor, but without the healing effects.

Again, Echos Mike Gingi Djebbara said there should be a delay before this effect triggers, otherwise you would only be able to kill the mob a moment in your bloodstream until you turn out of each pool.

As far as the affix is concerned, I will be pleased to hear that in a separate interview, I think, it would have been OK for everyone with this item, but that’s why this was not the case now.

Never liked that song. Had no idea that it would’ve been removed by now. Think they just need to reduce the time it takes to get up. There are many mobs now who can not be shit, but just stand on it.

I would say the Sanguine affix is a bit outdated and could definitely use the next big patch, patch 10.2. The affix has been in the same state for many years now, and it’s not interactive enough for the rest of the group whereas tanks struggle to keep it open.
