For anyone who missed it, that dungeon rotation is:
- Dawn of the Infinites: Galakrond’s Fall, 39 minute timer
- Dawn of the Infinites: Murozond’s Rise, 39 minute timer
- Darkheart Thicket (Legion), 30 minute timer
- Black Rook Hold (Legion), 39 minute timer
- Waycrest Manor (Battle for Azeroth), 39 minute timer
- Atal’Dazar (Battle for Azeroth), 30 minute timer
- Everbloom (Warlords of Draenor), 35 minute timer
- Throne of the Tides (Cataclysm), 30 minute timer
They were both surprised to not see more Dragonflight dungeons in the list, and wonder if that means an all-Dragonflight season 4 or 5 is on the way.
Tettles worries Darkheart Thicket may end up being the Underrot/Court of Stars/Shadowmoon Burial Grounds of the season, as the biggest one-shotty bosses have already been nerfed when the dungeon returned for Legion timewalking.
Black Rook Hold and Waycrest Manor both were annoying Sanguine dungeons – in BRH’s case that dungeon was painful even with the weaker Legion Sanguine!
Atal’Dazar was a common favorite dungeon for many from BFA, though there are several problematic enemies in there that were often avoided or mitigated with snapping, which both Dratnos and Tettles expect will be updated to effectively nerf the strategy when the dungeon returns.
Everbloom and Throne of the Tides are both old enough that memories have faded on their specifics, and of course Throne of the Tides never existed even as a CM dungeon, so it will hopefully be receiving a fresh coat of paint to make sure it works in today’s game.
