Although there is no current source for the Emerald Blossom Dreamstone, like Season 1 and Season 2 before it, we can presume that the upgrade will be awarded to players who complete either Dragonflight Keystone Hero: Season Three, Elite: Dragonflight Season 3, or defeat Fyrakk on Mythic difficulty. We don’t yet have confirmed visuals to show for these upgrades either but like those Dragonflight tier sets that came before, we should expect additional glows and spell effects on the shoulders and headpiece, probably involving fire, in keeping with the theme of the upcoming Season.
The previous graphical upgrades add crackling lightning to the Season 1 and a hazy aura to the Season 2 Warrior tier sets.

In addition to the Dreamstone, Patch 10.2 also introduces the Ambrosial Sporestone, offering a similar similar visual upgrade to all six of the Cavern Delver gear sets for players who complete the Neltharion’s Legacy meta achievement.
