Howling Echoes polearm will be available in Season 3 as a drop from Amalgam of Souls in Black Rook Hold on Mythic+ difficulty. Amalgam of Souls , it has been added in Patch 10.2 as part of the Season 3 Mythic+ rewards for Black Rook Hold. Unfortunately, Howling Echoes does not currently appear on the loot table for any other difficulty.
