Although there are no specific dates, spring officially begins on March 19th, giving us a rough timeframe to expect the testing phase. Likewise, summer begins on June 20th, a three month window between testing periods, also coinciding with Dragonflight Season 4 and The War Within Pre-Patch. The major standout here is that the Pre-Patch is appears to follow very closely on the calendar, suggesting an accelerated testing timeframe.

Hero Talent Trees on Wowhead
As far as what will be testable, that remains to be revealed, although Blizzard recently stated that their goal was to have as many Hero talent trees testable as possible. In the meantime, check out all of the recent Hero talent tree reveals!
- Our goal is to have as many hero talent trees testable on day one of public War Within testing as possible. It’s a big part of class design, so we want them online as soon as possible. Blog posts can only go so far, but we got a ton of great feedback for the initial Dragonflight talent trees that way, so the goal following the New Year is to do more of these articles and showcase more trees, creating a good source of community feedback to iterate on before public testing begins.
