In Morqut Village, the Forbidden Reach quest hub, a small table will offer you a daily quest to select a faction to help out for the day.
Once you choose the faction you’d like to help out, you will receive a 10% reputation buff for all reputation gains for that faction for 23 hours and a quest to talk to the faction envoy.

Talking to the envoy will unlock Envoy Tasks for that faction and give you an Envoy Task quest to get you started. The Envoy Tasks that we have found so far include:

The envoys also have a few things to sell for Elemental Overflow and gold. Of particular interest are a single-use hearthstone that can only be activated in the Forbidden Reach, more Dragonriding mount customizations, a mount, and a pet. Each envoy also offers a supply satchel of Dragon Isles Supplies and other rewards which can be purchased for a special currency. This currency is likely the reward for completing a task of some sort. We don’t yet know what all of these tasks are, but some may possibly be related to the other items in their inventory.
