After some time, Blizzard Entertainment kept quiet. A new generation of the devs has arrived and we have a major weekly update. This time, the devs are giving some love to Elemental Shamans, Death Knights, and Paladins ahead of major changes to Patch 10.0.7. The hotfix on Feb 28 is also spicing up Dragonflights PvP in a change of the AI and the AI teams in the arenas and battlegrounds.
Here’s the list of all changes going live on April 27 for the NA and February 28 for Europe.

Death Knight
Blood
- Every harm has an increased ability by three percent.
Paladin
Holy
- The light of the dawn raised ten percent.
Protection
- You’ve got the highest reward for your next Holy Power (More Strength) ability against the afflicted target to reach 40 % (was 20 %).
- Hammer of Wrath damage increased by 30 percent.
- The wicked thorn has increased 20 per cent of the damage.
Shaman
Elemental
- Lightning Bolt damage increased by 10 percent only for Elemental. This doesn’t apply to PvP.
- One ten percent of lava burst damage was increased for Elemental. You may not be applying to PvP.
- Earth Shock damage has gone up 6 per cent. Does not apply to PvP.
- The damage caused by electrophysiology increased by 6 percent only for electrophysiology. It does not apply to PvP.
- Icefury damage increased 80 percent.
- Icefury causes Frost Shock to destroy 14 Maelstrom (up to eight).
- Ice shock damage increased by 15% only for Elemental.

- Gladiators Distinction Stamina provided by the bonus increased by a forty percent.
Hunter
- Improved Kill Shot increases Kill Shots critical strike damage by 15 percent in PvP combat (was 25 percent).
Marksmanship
- Razor Fragments increase Kill Shots damage by 40 percent in PvP combat (was 50 percent).
- Arcane Shot damage increased by 45 percent in PvP Combat (redundant 30%).
- In PvP Combat, Chimaera Shots deteriorated 45 percent.
Monk
Brewmaster
- Incendiary Breath (PvP Talent) increases the Radius and Damage of Fire by three percent (was 100 percent).
Windwalker
- Touch of Karma now redirects 105 percent of the taken off damage in PvP Combat (was 70 percent).
Rogue
Assassination
- Hemotoxin (PvP Talent) reduces his healing effect to 35% (was 35%).
Outlaw
- The cost of PvP combat rose by 15 percent.
Shaman
Enhancement
- Converging Storms increase Stormstrike damage by 10% per stack when fighting for PvP was 25%).
- Lava Lash damage has increased by 15 percent in PvP Combat.
- Stormstrikes have increased a 50 percent increase in PvP combat (plus 30 percent increase).
- Windstrike damage has increased by 50 percent in PvP Combat (also increased by 30%).
Warrior
Fury
- Rampage damage increased 15 percent during PvP combat.
- The amount of punishment in battle vs. PvP was -10. Arms and protection damage is not affected in any way.
