WARNING: Patch 10.1 Embers of Neltharion spoilers ahead!
Note: Cutscenes are not available on the PTR, usually being replaced by Captain Exposition explaining what you are supposed to see for each cutscene.
Chapter 2 of the Embers of Neltharion campaign start at Loamm right after reconvening with our allies. After talking about the existence of the laboratory known as Aberrus, we decide it is best to start searching at the temple the Niffen have mentioned, and we head towards the south of Zaralek Cavern with Elder Honeypot.
Arriving at the area, we meet with Emberthal and Ebyssian in front of what seems to be a Titan structure. A Sundered Flame camp can be found near the structure, known as Nal Ks’Kol, and then we’re then asked to kill any Sundered Flame agents in the area while gathering clues. As we look through clues, we can see Sarkareth’s attempt at finding an artifact supposedly hidden by Neltharion in Nal Ks’Kol.
Sarkareth: Can it be? Did father really hide this artifact in Nal Ks’Kol? I must have it!
Sarkareth: At last, my research has given me a clue how to reach Aberrus. A nearby titan vault contains a copy of all Neltharion’s plans and bases. I must get inside!
Sarkareth: The titans abandoned the vault to the south, but father claimed it, naming it Nal Ks’Kol.
Neltharion: The whispers showed me through the veil of lies, and now, I am free. Aberrus will be barred to all but my most trusted subjects, the keys hidden in Nal Ks’Kol.
We then gather at the entrance to Nal Ks’Kol, but the entrance is locked. With the help of Rannan Korren and after disabling defense orbs, a Titan Bot shows up and the entourage attempts to gain entrance to the titan structure, with each member failing to gain access until Emberthal shows up – As a high commander of the Dracthyr, she was high ranked enough to gain access to the vault. Emberthal also assumes that because of their position, Sarkareth was likely able to gain access to the vault in the same way.
As we breach Nal Ks’Kol, we’re attacked by Sundered Flame officials, led by Winglord Dezran (which shows up in the 10.7 cinematic alongside Sarkareth). After incapacitating Sarkareth, a cutscene plays in which Sarkareth uses Oathbinder, Neltharion’s broken glove, to incapacitate Emberthal and the other Dracthyr in the area. We then briefly engage in combat with Sarkareth, who eventually runs away, with another cutscene playing and Emberthal stating that something is wrong with Sarkareth.
Emberthal and the player step through to the next chamber. In the hallways behind, Ebyssian is tending to Dezran’s wounds.
A barrier forms behind the player and Emberthal. Sarkareth walks down the stairs, showing the Oathbinder–Neltharion’s broken glove.
He uses it, causing Emberthal and the other two Dracthyr to hold their head and become incapacitated – It is up to the player to defeat him.

Captain Exposition’s description of the second cutscene:
Sarkareth reels, having been attacked by the player. Emberthal shakes off her stupor and stands next to the player. Sarkareth (Exhausted): “No – the Oathbinder… is mine!”
Sarkareth reveals that he has been hearing the voice of their father, Neltharion, whispering to him about what to do. Emberthal understands that something is wrong with Sarkareth and offers help, but he runs away using a teleporter.
The door opens, Rannan and Ebyssian walk in.
Emberthal is looking at the two Sundered Flame Dracthyr that were abandoned.
We then talk to the two Dracthyr left behind by Sarkareth, who reveal that the Sundered Flame spread lies about Emberthal and the other Dracthyr, about how they caused many atrocities. After seeing by themselves that this is not true, they accept following Emberthal on her new creche. We then return to Loamm, only to see Wrathion and Sabellian continue to argue about who should become the leader of the Black Dragonflight. On a cutscene, Ebyssian scolds both them about wanting to inherit a legacy of fear, when they instead should be working on creating a new legacy. This ends Chapter 2 of the 10.1 campaign.
Returning to Loamm, Wrathion and Sabellian are still arguing about who deserves to become the aspect and continue their father’s legacy.
Ebyssian scolds them for acting like whelps over a legacy of fear, control, and lies, rather than starting a new legacy–one that benefits the dragons in their flight rather than empowering themselves.
Ebyssian and Emberthal then walk away, leaving Wrathion and Sabellian confused and thinking.
