Flying in Battle for Azeroth zones no longer requires Battle for Azeroth Pathfinder.
Battle for Azeroth Pathfinder, Part Two is still kept relevant for newer players, as it will continue to award the Wonderwing 2.0 mechanical parrot mount, but starting next week, players will no longer need to go to complete the achievement in order to fly in those Battle for Azeroth zones!
