Somewhat fitting for the theme of its effect, this special cloak also seems to lack Stamina.
As befitting a very rare drop, the Voice has a rather unique appearance unlike most cloaks. The real interesting part is its special effect though – implying that it not only grants you secondary stats based on your allies, but actually reduces their stats when doing so! Although only lasting 8 seconds, this unusual effect will undoubtedly be the cause of much debate among raid teams.
There are also several questions raised which will only be answered through robust testing. For example, having your lowest secondary stat reduced by one of these cloaks for 8 seconds is probably not a very impactful loss… but having multiple cloaks in the raid could prove very chaotic. Can the same player have their stats “stolen” by multiple players at the same time? Does that result in their stat being lowered twice? Is there a range on who gets picked, and will overly-competitively minded players be purposefully moving away from them in order to avoid having their stats reduced? Only time will tell!
