Warning: Very Minor Cinematic Spoilers
Alexstrasza: For soon, Azeroth will welcome from the dream a symbol of hope, and together, we shall protect it.
Although you might think Ysera should be speaking these words, the associated subtitles name Alexstrasza as the narrator, as well as giving away a spoiler in the filename itself: 101_WTR_1920_1, presumably referring to Patch 10.1 World Tree.
Considering this information, it seems extremely likely that this is a budding new world tree. During the Dragonflight Alpha, we speculated that the Ohn’ahran Plains could become the site of a new World Tree grown from the Sister’s Tear, a special seed containing the souls of the Night Elves liberated from the Maw and representing a “new beginning” for the Kaldorei people.
Several pieces of that theory have now come to pass – Malfurion took Ysera’s place within Ardenweald in order to allow the Dreamer to return to Azeroth.
When exactly this rebirth could happen within the story is unclear, although Lead Narrative Designer Steve Danuser stated that several side stories would be told concurrently with the main campaign – this seems like quite a big story moment to come so suddenly, though previous parts of the story were released as similar side quests and players have been eagerly waiting for it to unfold.
