Previously, healers have been incentivized with Field Medic’s Hazard Payout drops that provide additional gold, Mark of Honor, and more. The buff to Holding Out For A Healer looks to take a more direct approach by rewarding increased honor and conquest gains for queueing healers. If you’re looking to maximize your PvP currency gains, then it should be more rewarding in Patch 10.1.5 to queue as a healer.
