Alliance Castle Nathria Hall of Fame
What is the Hall of Fame?
The first 100 guilds of each faction which defeat Mythic Sire Denathrius are awarded a special achievement: Hall of Fame: Sire Denathrius (Alliance)/Hall of Fame: Sire Denathrius (Horde), allowing those players to utilize a special title, , so long as they remain in a guild which earned a spot in the Hall of Fame. The guild requirement is kept in order to prevent, or at least dissuade, guilds from selling the prestigious title, although a player can transfer from a guild which earned a spot in the Hall of Fame to another which also did so and retain their titles.
Traditionally, the Hall of Fame remains “open” for the remainder of the raid week in which the 100th guild earned it, giving guilds the remainder of the lockout to earn Hall of Fame: Sire Denathrius (Alliance) before closing it entirely and enabling cross-realm Mythic raiding. While this can technically result in more than 100 guilds earning a spot on the Hall of Fame, it’s done in order to not disadvantage guilds which raid later in the week, in an effort to give everyone a fair amount of total potential raid time.
Cross-Realm Castle Nathria
Once both faction’s Hall of Fame have closed, cross-realm Mythic Castle Nathria will become available for all players starting on the next raid lockout in each region. Because this has happened on a Tuesday, it means that EU will have cross-realm enabled in just a few hours, while NA raiders will have another 6 days before their lockout. We first saw this happen in Ny’alotha, which also closed on a Monday, and Blizzard confirmed that the corss-realm raiding would be enabled on reset within each region.
The Horde Hall of Fame closed last month, with only 12 Alliance entries, although there has been some controversy over alleged boosting filling the Alliance Hall of Fame quicker than it otherwise would have.
