We previously highlighted the original black Neltharion Plate Armor, which closely resembles the new armored model for the Earth-Warder’s visage form, though it’s curious to see it also featured in red – a color which certanly matches other elements of his garb, but not one typically associated with Black Aspect or his dragonflight.
Speculated to be player rewards similar to the Tusks of Mannoroth and The First Satyr’s Spaulders, these are typically unique and not offered in several color schemes. Blizzard seems to have been making extra color variations of some models though, so just because we found it doesn’t necessarily mean it will become available. Notably, we do not yet have icons for the red version of the set, whereas the regular black icons were added all the way back in Dragonflight’s early Alpha.
