There are still has many more personal goals, weapons, mounts, and titles left to collect, but those goals are really just things to do while continuing to promote charity for mental health organizations. The longtime supporter of autism awareness and the Autistic Self-Advocacy Network, has taken more than 45 Warriors to max level, achieving multiple speed records, and been a major contributor to Azeroth Auto Pilot. While certainly not the only speed leveler in WoW, his dedication to streaming and frequent charity events have garnered a lot of attention on Reddit, Discord, and other online communities, including a recent interview with PC Gamer. He also recently attempted inclusion in the Guinness Book of World Records with a 36 hour WoW marathon, although no official determination has come back yet.
DesMephisto’s latest stream raised $3,365 for the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), gave away a Shadowlands Epic Edition, and celebrated by eating an onion covered in Da’ Bomb Hotsauce, which is fairly well known for being… well, horrible. There’s more to come too, as DesMephisto has dedicated to continuing his support for charity with more goals and giveaways over the month.
