With so many mounts to collect, we decided to highlight some of our favorite and easy-to-obtain mounts for players looking to do something different during their holiday break.
Today’s highlight is Divine Kiss of Ohn’ahra! This mount is one of the only mounts that is a transformation; the player character becomes the mount.
The first step for this mini-secret is to gain access to the Ohuna NPC Godoloto. She’s located by the Ohn’iri Springs in the Ohn’ahran Plains. You’ll first meet her during the questline that starts with Sneaking Out at the same location. This questline is unlocked at Renown 9 with the .
At the end of the questline, Godoloto will move to the Ohn’iri Springs, where she’ll sit next to a Windsage hut. You can talk to Godoloto here, and she’ll give you a dialogue where she wants a different air:
<Godoloto fixates you with a beady stare. Her keen eyes are seeking different air: a few breaths, some dust, and some fine incense would suit.>
This is a hint about the items she wants, which are the following:
- 3 Stolen Breath of Ohn’ahra (a few breathes)
This item is looted from Balakar Khan, the last boss of the Nokhud Offensive dungeon. This is not a 100% drop (currently estimated to be a 30% drop); it should drop on any difficulty.
1 Essence of Awakening (some dust)
1 Exultant Incense (some fine incense)
- This item is crafted by Alchemists – Recipe: Exultant Incense is purchased from Quartermaster Huseng in Maruukai starting at Renown 22. Be mindful that Godoloto requested a fine incense, which means only the Rank 3 version of the recipe will count for the quest.
Once you have at least the 3 Stolen Breath of Ohn’ahra, you’ll be able to receive the quest A Whispering Breeze from Godoloto, requesting you to approach Ohn’ahra. The Wild God is located near the top of the mountain that overlooks Maruukai in the Ohn’ahran Plains.
Once you have all the items, approach Ohn’ahra to turn them in and receive the Divine Kiss of Ohn’ahra mount! This Ohuna mount is special due to being one of the only mounts in which you don’t mount it; you become the mount itself! Unfortunately, it is not Dragonriding enabled in the Dragon Isles, but it still looks cool.
