Eligibility
To be allowed to join, you must link your Twitch account by visiting http://account.battle.net/connections. If you have changed your password or made changes to your Twitch or Battle.net account, you will need to relink your accounts. One week after relink, you will be able to renew a Twitch account. After you’ve claimed your rewards for Twitch, please take advantage of the area of Battle.net that you want to receive your drop(s) on, it is the first area you log into the next area where your item will be delivered. After taking a claim, a game can take up to twenty-four hours to win your reward. Read our FAQs section for more information.

A. Sign your Battle.net account from https://account.battle.net/connections and click Connect link for Twitch, then follow the instructions to join Battle.net and link your Twitch account.
Q. What device can I use to claim and earn a drop?
A. You can earn and claim drops by your PC/Mac or by using the Twitch app for Android and iOS. If you are not in the mood for games, and then use smart TVs and other computers, then drop-downs are not supported.
Q. Do I have to watch the same channel the whole time for my drops?
A. You can earn progress toward a drop on every channel eligible in World of Warcraft. You can watch one channel once, then switch to another channel without losing your progress. You can’t earn progress faster by watching more than one channel a day.
Q. Do you want me to receive my drop rewards automatically in the game?
A. For rewards, you must claim the drop on the channel that you watch or on Twitch’s drop list.
Q. Does Twitch Drop reward expire?
A. Earned Twitch Drop rewards expires 7 days after they have been claimed if a Battle.net account hasn’t been linked.
Q. As a streamer, how do I get Twitch Drops on my channel?
A. All you have to do is make sure your Twitch and Battle.net accounts are linked, and that youre opted into Drops (see Drops Streamer Home).
