getting to the island as horse is painful but here is how i did it.
go to darkshore and turn back time if you need to, fly to darnasus or swim. on the docks you will see two portals one to sw one to exodar.
Take portal to exodar
run north from there.

Always check UMJ on this one every so often, if you see a 0 on any three of these items. Just do it. 😀
I can say I did this farm in Legion and it was very good. But like most farms. The ones no one are doing are usually the best. I was the only one on my server doing it at the time. Another reason to do it is because no one wants to spend the time to go out there. 😀
