ooo leaden foot with split personality! much better than the “move AND don’t move” combination from last week!

Interesting. Leaden Foot and Split Personality are the two madnesses that seem the most hated, and now we have both! I wonder if the disorient from Split Personality cause the stacks of Leaden Foot to ramp up. Both of the madnesses encourage standing still though, so playing around one automatically helps with the other, so maybe it won’t be too bad.

Leaden Foot and Split Personality is an infinitely easier combo in Orgrimmar than it is in Stormwind for melee. Should be an easy week for most people.

Split Personality again…

The wandering from Split Personality’s disorient does indeed stack Leaden Foot; you are guaranteed around 10-14 stacks from hitting it.

If you run into Split Personality while you are in a fight, you are guaranteed the full stack of Leaden Foot. SP will still be annoying while just running around, but a bit more bearable while in fight than with Haunting Shadows, because you don’t have to run at a specific moment, other than the usual enemy mechanics. But those are bad enough with just SP, not counting any other madness. I mean if you have to move out of an AoE, while you have the purple border from SP, you are pretty much &*[email protected] either way, LF or not.

That being said, as we only have 3 different madnesses, it shouldn’t surprise anybody that you have atleast SP or LF every week, if not both. So… meh?

I guess the idea this week is to stand still, burst one pack.. move carefully to next pack. Sounds much better than the ‘get stunned if you move, get stunned if you dont’ last week.

Also, none of these affect others in your group, so might be a good week for groups.

Leaden on org, not as punishing as it is in stormwind – especially vs mage tower boss. If we going to get leaden, having it in org is much better!

This is true. And as others have said, it’s most just about not moving. Which can suck if you’re melee, or be a blessing as ranged.

Whilst split personality and leaden foot are very annoying in their own right, they’re not that bad together. Try not to move much in your fights to keep stacks low so you can move when you need to. Valley of wisdom will be the threat as there’s a lot of forced movement. Rexar and the bug don’t really require you to move much.

Leaden foot only happens in combat, which is a lot safer and easier to deal with than, Split/Haunting combo

I never had any trouble with lead foot on the mage boss. In fact when he teleports away to do the ice thing I usually take my time getting to him anyway to make sure my interrupt is back up and ready to block his arcane missiles as soon as I reach him.
