The Niffen: Life in the Cavern Beneath the Dragon Isles!
Not much is known about the subterranean diggers, except that they appear to be friendly with the Drogbar, and that they live in some semblance of a community, as evidenced by the elaborate and surprisingly colorful huts founds throughout the Cavern. They also seem to really like hats, and feel reminiscent of Kobolds in many ways.
