Last week, Blizzard revealed the set bonuses effects for ALL classes in a recent bluepost, but many were not yet implemented on the Patch 10.1 PTR. Today’s update changed that, however, adding previously unimplemented bonuses and several Tier Set changes.
The Setzertauren can be found alongside several other test vendors in Stormwind or Orgrimmar on the Patch 10.1 PTR.
