Depends on who you ask. I have some alts I like to play and bring up to pre-heroic gear when I get bored.
424 is the current tier thats fairly easy to get.
This is a great way to get em into LFR/Normal/m+ 1-10 in a fast easy way.
The forgotten shores have some nice gear as well, but these are a bit higher and dont require me to farm any other content than current on my main. 🙂

drops items from Dragonflight Mythic dungeons at ilvl398, Adventurer 4/8 track, which means they can be upgraded to a maximum of ilvl411
I would laugh if it actually was a joke and even mildly funny, but sadly this is for real. 😑
Edit:- And it’s actually worst when you think of the typical RNG involved with ONE freakin box that generates a “random” gear slot item and by their track record of such items in the past, no Weapons or Trinkets. 😣

The fact that it is for random slots is very disappointing. You can only send 8 of those per maxed out character to a new level 70. And the chance of getting duplicates is already pretty high at that time. And the fact that it is only 13 itemlevels higher than the 10.0.7 catch-up gear, which has targeted slots, feels so weird. Unless for some reason they plan to add more like this to 10.1.7, which would make these boxes obsolete quite quickly. Sure, you can upgrade it to 411, but still. It just feels weird.

250 flight stones for a single piece of Adventurer gear? Way too expensive in my opinion. If it was veteran 1/8 I would be more pleased

Why did they give 398ilvl items? After all, it’s as if PvP players were given tokens for conquests from which eq for honor would fall out….
