The following is speculation based on datamined spells and may be wrong or change in the future.
Afflicted
Afflicted actually looks very easy. An Afflicted Soul will periodically spawn with a Disease, Curse and Poison debuff and assumingly start a 10 second cast. All you have to do is heal the Afflicted Soul to full health to stop the cast… and you have 10 seconds to do so. Failure to do this within 10 seconds does zero damage but reduces the Haste of all players by 100%.
Afflicted – While in combat, Afflicted Souls appear that seek the aid of players. Afflicted Souls spawn with poison, curse, and disease afflictions. Removing any of these afflictions or restoring the spirit to full health causes it to despawn. Fail to remove their afflictions in time will inflict players with a negative status effect.
- NEW Restoring the Afflicted Soul’s health to full, or dispelling an ailment from it causes it to fade away.

Entangling
Entangling looks straightforward and not how the tooltip of the affix reads at all. Players will get attached to a vine, slowing them by 50% and forcing them to run away from the anchor point within 8 seconds to snap the vine similar to those typical full the plant quests that everyone loves (or hates). Otherwise, they’ll get stunned for 3 seconds. High mobile classes will find this affix pretty trivial. However, a 50% slow can easily cause death on trash or a boss, so this affix seems very punishing at the moment.
Entangling – While in combat, entangling vines snare players.
- NEW An entangling vine snares players, reducing their movement speed by 50%. After 8 sec the vine entangles players, stunning them for 3 sec.
Players can snap the vine by moving 10 yards away from the source. - NEW An entangling vine snares players, reducing their movement speed by 50%. After 8 sec the vine entangles players, stunning them for 3 sec.

Incorporeal
Incorporeal seems like it’s an extra add that needs to be controlled when it pops up. It has a 20 second buff duration according to Incorporeal and can’t be reasonably killed, forcing players to just deal with it for 20 seconds. It also has the Destabilizing spell (formerly called Haunting Presence), an 8 second cast, that must be stopped or else it applies a 50% damage/healing down for 10 seconds. This one doesn’t seem too bad, you just have to coordinate with your group to make sure to “stop” the cast of the Incorporeal add.
Incorporeal – While in combat, incorporeal beings appear and attempt to destabilize players with spells that reduce their damage and healing done. Incorporeal beings are susceptible to all forms of crowd control.
