Utopia
The Utopian Tabard appears identical the upcoming Wrath of the Lich King Classic reputation tabard for the Sons of Hodir, though the name doesn’t quite seem to fit that idea. It’s clearly related to the Frost Giants, even using the icon, inv_tabard_sonsofhodir_b_01, though it’s unclear if it is actually the same Wrath-era reputation tabard or simply a variation tailored to Dragonflight. The name certainly makes it sound like it could come from an alternate timeline though – perhaps one in which the Keeper Loken never succumbed to the whispers of Yogg-Saron and therefore never betrayed his brother Thorim.
Victorious Scourge
The Victorious Scourge Tabard is even more interesting in that it appears to be new to Dragonflight and both the name and iconography are quite provocative, featuring what appears to be Frostmourne and suggesting a timeline in which the Lich King’s Scourge succeed in blanketing Azeroth with the curse of Undeath. Interestingly, this tabards icon, inv_misc_tabard_forsaken, was added to the game all the way back in Mists of Pandaria, although it only appears to have been used by the Nathanos is Near buff and Tall, Dark, and Sinister achievement, both in Battle for Azeroth.
