  1. I was disappointed to not see Exorcism make a comeback, i mean i suppose we'll fight undeads…

    The Paladin class have more abilities but never had more fun since WotLK and the class was simpler.

  2. How about divine purpose baseline? I know that's not on the right row but I think it would dramatically improve ret game play. This was something ret had in legion and it was very popular. As it is in BFA divine purpose Sims lower than Inquisition and crusade usually but divine purpose is just a lot more fun to play with. I also agree with you that judgement being reverted back to its legion version where it gives a 8 or 12 second debuff window would be much better than the current iteration or empowered holy power spenders would be nice.

    I also think they should change crusaders strike. Just make it so it can be spammed. No CD. Dh already has this basically and so do some others. Alternatively just lower the CD on blade of wrath a bit.

    I really hope they make retribution aura just a flat damage increase or increased critical strike maybe 5% dmg or 5% crit for the Paladin and a little bit less for the group. The old version where it just deals a TINY amount of dmg when enemies hit you would make absolutely no sense for modern wow. Tbh I'd rather have blessings back.

    I'd also like to see lights decree and avengers might added to avenging wrath. It makes a lot of sense for paladins to be very powerful in Shadowlands given the story.

    But like I said the main thing I want is divine purpose baseline so I can run it with Inquisition. I like crusade as well but Inquisition is really good because I absolutely love the crit from avenging wrath. It's a shame there were no azerite traits to improve Inquisition. Missed opportunity.

  3. Easy talent row changes once we have Hammer of Wrath and Consecration baseline:

    Hammer of Wrath talent replacement: Hammer of Wrath can now be used on target below 35% health or while you are empowered by Avenging Wrath.

    Consecration talent replacement: First, make consecration damage only worth casting on multiple targets.
    Second, make a talent that says enemies standing within your consecration take x% more holy damage. The first time consecration deals damage to 3 different enemies, generate 1 Holy Power. With proper tuning, it will now make it worth casting consecration on single target.

    Yes these ideas are already used on other classes but they are easy to balance and alter the gameplay slightly while giving the players choice.

    While we are at it, replace Justicar's Vengeance with a talent that provides a small amount of passive healing. Something that heals slightly each time you use a holy power spender. Tune it to be the best long term self sustainment ability with the drawback of not being able to heal your allies.
