Clarification: Despite being an Account Level Mount, alts that have not completed the ‘Rhapsody in Blue’ quest don’t currently appear to be able to use the Tarecgosa’s Visage mount. Since having the staff is a pre-requisite for being able to see the ‘Rhapsody in Blue’ quest, it’s likely only characters that have obtained Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa’s Rest can use this new mount. We’ll continue to update this post if we learn more.

The new mount allows players to transform into Tarecgosa’s Visage without the need of Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa’s Rest. The mount is a standard mount and can’t be used for dragonriding. The quest to obtain this new mount should be available for owners of Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa’s Rest directly from Kalecgos following the today’s Blue dragonflight questline.
