The glove enchant would not work because it is vanilla content. If you are really trying to farm as a skinner make a worgen druid.

You can kill the bosses cause when you reset the instance it resets the bosses cause its normal

Your email issue isnt that tough to sort out. If you use gmail, this will work too, but in your email client, have a filter for youtube to plop it into a new folder. Anyone who gets a crapload of email tends to need to do this to sort and prioritize what needs to be addressed. In your case you could even have the filter rule plop it in your trash. HTH!

If you reset Instances you can kill bosses. The way your talking about is for raids. This is a dungeon. So you can kill the bosses if you use reset Instances.
