Well, that’s some good news, IMO, although depends on how it would actually work.
Hope there would be a customization of a warband screen, would be awesome to transmog a few different classes into Kirin Tor/ Alliance theme, with an appropriate background.

Those hero talents look like a scrapped feature that was shown in the early releases of the dragonflight talent system. They were upfront about them being scrapped but cool to see they were planning something like this before
