Dragonflight is almost three months old and is now slowing up the development. It’s time to speculate in which direction the lore will move and who will be the last raid boss.
The discussion began on Feb 20 after one of the World of Warcraft players asked the community in the Reddit post to be the final boss of the expansion. If the majority of the community agrees that all hints indicate that Murozond is the case as the final chapters of the Thaldraszus campaign suggest the return of Infinite Dragonflight, there are 5 more potential final raid bosses we could see in Dragonflight.
The latest discovery in the PTR suggests that there might actually be the fifth Old God, or, as it is apt to say, the dragon-inspired expansion might get different from the imagined world. Other than these two characters, players suggested that we must defeat Raszageth cousin Iridikron, who will attempt to kill the sleeping Azeroth Titan.
Other theories that are very unlikely to become reality include Titans, Chromie, and Galakrond. The reason why the Titans turned into the last raid bosses of the expansion is that they supposedly corrupted Azeroth and have now been lying to us for years about our planet’s true history.
The WoW players have to use the Bronze Dragonflight magic to stop Galakrond from infecting dragons with undeath.
Finally, Chromie, who promised Nozdormu, to do all she could to stop him from becoming Murozond, would actually become Murozond herself, and has to defeat this sweet character that guided us through the history of WoW since 2004.
