Dawn of the Infinite Encounter Journal

The Bronze Temple has lain dormant for millennia, awaiting a time when its dragonflight would return. But just as the bronze dragons have reclaimed their sacred temple, dark forces now threaten to overtake it. Will the infinites take hold of the Timeways and bring about the rise of Murozond? The champions of Azeroth must venture into time itself to ensure that the future remains a bright one.

Chronikar spent her entire life in service to the infinite dragonflight, making her way up the ranks until she earned the title of commander. Even among the radical infinites, her zealotry is unmatched. As the venerated rearguard, she will stop at nothing to put an end to any who dare oppose her order.

These primal dragons were brought back by the necrotic energies dripping from the corpse of Galakrond. Ahnzon is the crackling hunger of the storm. Dazhak the all-consuming gluttony of the flame. Loszkeleth the seeping starvation of the cold. And the heroes of Azeroth are looking like a tasty meal…

Iridikron is the most powerful of the Primal Incarnates, infused with elemental earth magic. Whatever the answer, he must be stopped.

        • Overview: As a [Battle Tactician], Iridikron gains tactical confidence as he fights. He commits to [Cataclysmic Obliteration] at 100 confidence.
During battle, Iridikron exhausts Chromie with [Extinction Blast] and then attempts to kill her with [Stonecracker Barrage]. If Chromie dies, Iridikron immediately gains 100 confidence.
Defeating Iridikron is not a possibility; instead, players must break his concentration briefly, giving Chromie an opening to attack his relic.

              • Stonecracker Barrage: Iridikron blasts Chromie with a barrage of stone for 2 sec.
Each blast inflicts 60 Nature damage split amongst Chromie and any players hit.

            • Earthsurge: Iridikron shields himself with a protective earthen barrier that absorbs 1000 damage.
While the shield holds, he sends out a devastating wave of earthen power every 6 sec that inflicts 20480 Nature damage to all players and causes cascading lines of Rending Earthspikes to erupt outward from his location.
The brutal force of each wave overwhelms players when hit, increasing the damage they take by 5% for 7 sec. This effect stacks.
              • Rending Earthspikes: A jagged pillar of earth erupts from the ground, inflicting 61439 Nature damage to players within 2 yards and knocking them away.

            • Timeline Protection: Chromie expands Timeline Rejection into Timeline Protection for 5 sec to save players from Iridikron’s Extinction Blast.
This expansion reduces incoming damage to players within her time bubble by 97%.
When Timeline Protection ends, this ability’s massive power drain leaves Chromie in an Exhausted state.
              • Timeline Rejection: Chromie channels Timeline Rejection as she waits for an opening to strike at Iridikron’s relic.
While channeling, she can take no actions. Instead, she redirects all damage away from herself to another timeline, preventing Iridikron from attacking her.
To protect players from Iridikron’s Extinction Blast, she stops channeling to cast Timeline Protection.
              • Exhausted: Chromie is exhausted and defenseless after using Timeline Protection, increasing her damage taken by 1500%.
If she is protected from Stonecracker Barrage, she overcomes her exhaustion.

            • Timeline Acceleration: Inspired by her allies’ efforts to protect her, Chromie overcomes her exhaustion with a burst of renewed tenacity.
She increases the haste of players by 50% for 20 sec and speeds up her body’s healing capability for the same duration, increasing her healing taken by 5000%.
            • Timeline Transcendence: Chromie temporally displaces herself to avoid incoming damage and generates a time distortion around her that grants players their future maximum potential.
Increases damage done by 10000%, haste by 100%, cooldown rate by 50%, and resource regeneration rate by 50%.
Chromie can only do this once without risking permanent timeline convergence.

With the true timeline now altered by Murozond’s rise, the heroes of Azeroth are faced with many oddities. Chief among them being Titan-Keeper Tyr joining forces with the infinite dragonflight. His legendary loyalty now turned against them, the heroes of Azeroth have no choice but to fight. To win.

          • Morchie is the alternate form of Chromie, created by a timeline where Murozond rose and the infinites reigned supreme.
