  2. I saw it in theatres. It didn’t suck, but I feel like people didn’t like it because you can’t condense Warcraft lore into a 2 hour movie. It should’ve been done like Lord of the Rings with 3-3 hour movies or something.

Plus, a lot of people probably started with WoW so no one knew who these characters really were.

  3. I finally watched WarCraft! I went in with low expectations but enjoyed the hell out of it and especially liked how they handled the Orcs: such a good mix of menacing and sympathetic. Starting with a married couple cutely teasing each other and figuring out how to hide Draka's pregnancy so she could tag along with Durotan in the genocidal invasion of Azeroth set the tone perfectly. And great voice acting! But, all the same, the human characters were miscast, or at least very unmotivated, and the very classic cartoonish Blizzard style for the Orcs clashed awkwardly with the unconvincingly bluescreened actors. It wouldn't have taken much to just make it fully CGI and it would have definitely been for the better if it was.

  4. Durotan learns here that Khadgar is a mage and uses his mouth to cast spells. Later on when he grabs Khadgar, he makes sure to cover his mouth to prevent him from doing anything. A smart warrior indeed. I thought that was a nice touch.

  6. I wish they’d revisit making these films again. Possibly start with Arthas story arc. I think it would be most relatable and in way, doesn’t exactly have the cliche happy ending.. plus it would be a good way to introduce Illidan( my personal favorite) even though he is defeated in their duel.
